📋 REGISTRATION RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Age Verification (Mandatory)

All teams must submit the Player Registration Form with Player Name and Date of Birth on or before 13th August, 8:00 PM.
No late registrations or exceptions will be accepted.

2. Original Aadhaar Card Verification

Every player must produce the Original Aadhaar Card before their first match.
Photocopies, photographs, DigiLocker copies, School ID cards, or any other documents will not be accepted.

3. Registration Fee

A ₹1,500 booking amount must be paid on or before 1st August.
The remaining registration fee must be paid on or before 7th August.

4. No Refund / No Category Change

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Team category cannot be changed once the registration is confirmed.

5. Maximum Squad Size

Each team may register a maximum of 10 players.

6. Reporting Time

Teams must report 30 minutes before their scheduled first match.
Teams failing to report on time may lose warm-up time or be subject to tournament regulations.

7. Fixture & Schedule

Once published, the fixture schedule and match timings are final.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify fixtures or timings due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Walkover Rule

Teams not ready to play within 5 minutes of the scheduled kick-off time may be declared to have given a walkover.

9. Player Eligibility

A player may represent only one team throughout the tournament.
A player registered in one category or team cannot participate for any other team.

10. Fair Play

Respect for referees, opponents, teammates, organizers, and spectators is expected at all times.
Any form of misconduct, abusive language, violent behaviour, or unsporting conduct may result in a warning, player suspension, or team disqualification.

11. Organizer's Decision

The decisions of the Tournament Committee and Match Officials regarding fixtures, results, disciplinary matters, and tournament operations shall be final and binding.
No protests, appeals, or disputes will be entertained once an official decision has been announced.
